2 days aku prktikal at A&E GH Kulim.....

Staff kt sne smue baik....

first day at A&E.....

around 10pm cm tu la...aku night duty...ada xcident 2motor b'langgar....

cter nyer aku xbpe tau sgt la....

then msok la sorg bdk melayu 17years old yg msih blm habis lg paper for SPM in red zone...

ok...

keadaan bdk 2....elok jek....sedarkan dr...ptah kt pergelangan tangan n kaki n lutut....

when first dye msok...still bole ckp2 lg taw....

ok then aku tnyer nme dye...umo bpe???cm ne ley xcident....

then pas uh dye ckp "SPM xabis lg ni kak..ada 2 paper lg...cm ne ek"???

huhuhuuu ade ke patot...law aku nie teacher bole la dye tnyer...huuuhuuu

then xlme pas uh dye mnx air....

ok then aku bg la skit air...coz dye ckp dye dhga sgt...

im so pity 2 him la...so i give a littlebit of water....

xlme pas uh dye mnx air lg...then mse uh dye xle nk mnom dh coz kne puase 2 undergoing the ortho sugery...

then xlme pas uh dye mnx lak ngn mber aku....

ktorg mmg xle bg coz tkot anyting can happen...

he lost alot of blood...so we do blood transfusion la....

after tht...xlme pas bg drh uh BP dye mle drop....

then when the Dr wnt 2 check condition of patient he say "nak muntah"....

dye xbole nk prop up head coz kaki dye ptah...

so juz bole ngiringkn kepala dye jela....

after dye mnth tbe2 muntah 2 menyembur n kuar blood n muntah kt hidong skli....

mse 2 keadaan y sgt kelam-kabut in red zone uh....

kami pon gabra sme la an...huhuhuuuu

then we do suction as usual....xbole jgk....

mkin drop BP dye....

then we do CPR n begging...

bg adrenalin tok increase BP dye....

then staff aja dye mngucap....

mak n ayh dye msok nk tgk anak dye....

ble mak dye msok jek tros rebah si ibu....

melihat ank yg d'kendong d'dlm rahim selama 9bulan t'lantar cm uh....

aku n mber aku yg smpat tngkap mkck uh tros bwk dye kuar....

kami tenangkan dye....

mse 2 ktorg pon nk nngis gak...

tp we need 2 be a profesional....

so t'pkse thn air mte uh....

no adik 2 dkt ICU....

kami pon xtaw la dye bole survive o not...

aku sebagai seorg manusia yg punya haty n prasaan cme nk mnx korg sedikit mse tok sme2 b'doa agar adik 2 sihat semula....
